Dessert Time!!!

Assalamualaikum and Salam Sejahtera...

Today my mother and I prepared a dessert for our family ... Very delicious .. Up polishing finger .. hehehe .. Do you wanted to have some taste of this dessert?? Come here,, i feed you up  .. Tasty?? It is delicious .. Look who help ... huhuhu .. Proud of myself .. Not good, I feel a ripple in itself .. huhuhu... Just be kidding..
Here i wanted to share the recipes of this dessert.. We as Terengganu's people called this dessert as "Tok Aji Serban"... This dessert is very famous at my country,, Terengganu.. Hello.. I was born at here,, okayy..Traditional cakes Terengganu ... Kind funny name right?  I dont know why it name was so ... But it seems delicious .... For as rich and the glutinous variety. Some others say it's sticky rice cakes as rich ..  "Tok Aji  Serban" cake resembles cake batter Series Interface except the head (upper part), usually colored brown and not green. To visitors who came to Terengganu, when here please feel free to sample the food and their cooking. All delicious ... If you want to taste it,, try this recipes. ..

It usually colored brown and not green.. But my mom made different from others because our family love the green color so much.. Green's color like the symbol of peace.. ^_^


2 cups glutinous
* Cook the glutinous rice as usual, cooked together with coconut milk and a little bit of salt to add fat.

3 cups coconut milk
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 eggs 1 s / t salt

How to make

Bottom Layer (glutinous)
Steam glutinous until cooked.
Once cooked, remove from the steamer, sticky rice last vortex, beautiful.
While still hot, pour the batter over and cook again.

Put all ingredients in mngkuk and stir until blended.
Filters first, then pour over the sticky rice that has been compressed before.
Steam for about 30 minutes.
Once cooled, can be cut into small pieces.
